Self-catering accommodation on the Isle of Skye
'Taigh an t-Sithein' holiday bungalow is a 1970s croft house in the crofting community of Braes. Taigh an t-Sithein is Gaelic for the house on the fairy knoll.
The bungalow sits in its own garden and enjoys superb views across the sea to the island of Raasay and along the coastline from most of the rooms. From the lounge window it is sometimes possible to watch schools of dolphins or porpoises passing by. There are beautiful walks in the area, including to a sandy beach just five minutes away on foot.
The comfortable and spacious accommodation sleeps upto six in three bedrooms, one double, one twin and one room with bunk beds. It is very well equipped, including a washing machine, tumble drier and dishwasher.
